This picture is from the last fancy meal I had before the pandemic caught up to us. By fancy I mean 6 hours of pure eating and drinking overlooking the beautiful San Sebastian, one of my favourite places in the world, for now, until air travel resumes *fingers crossed.

This blog is mostly for me, to document how my days have been going by. I have largely resorted to baking and watching bread rise (on Youtube) (very satisfying), with the occasional trip to the supermarket which is probably the highlight of my week.
